Dirk Bikkembergs, 1990s Heel Lace Ankle Strap Leather Boots

Featuring a lacing system which follows through the heel and back through the first four eyelets. Leaving the rest of eyelets empty where a belted strap, with three 3 belts, close around the ankle.
