Miu Miu, S/S 2000 Belted Green Leather Zipped Blouson

Miuccia Prada is hailed for the blend which she created between technical fabrics and high fashion garments. The Miu Miu line was launched in 1998 and closed in 2008. Despite its insignificant commercial performance, unconventional design and playful takes on sartorial classics have made it a long-standing favourite among fashion enthusiasts.

Constructed entirely out of soft calfskin leather, subtle to the touch and softened more over time. The beautiful green colour used on the leather is one of the main focal points of the piece, with the other being the elastic belt then runs around the bottom hem, exposing itself on the front and back while running inside past the side. A contrasting black zip articulating the entire jacket. Finally, two pockets are you placed asymmetrically on the front body.
