Miu Miu, S/S 1999 Nylon Zipped Blouson with Hidden Hood

Miuccia Prada is hailed for the blend which she created between technical fabrics and high fashion garments. The Miu Miu line was launched in 1998 and closed in 2008. Despite its insignificant commercial performance, unconventional design and playful takes on sartorial classics have made it a long-standing favourite among fashion enthusiasts.

A fantastic item from the late 90s design years where Miuccia produced some of her best work in her career. Constructed out of a woven Nylon/Polyester blend offering a ballistic feel. The jacket features a total of four RiRi zips, one for the closure, two on each wrist and one around the collar which holds a waterproof hood. The fit is slim and form-fitted, finally, two pockets are placed asymmetrically on the front.
