Miu Miu, 2000s Ripstop Nylon Padded Coat

Miuccia Prada is hailed for the blend which she created between technical fabrics and high fashion garments. The Miu Miu line was launched in 1998 and closed in 2008. Despite its insignificant commercial performance, unconventional design and playful takes on sartorial classics have made it a long-standing favourite among fashion enthusiasts.

Constructed of a durable dry-touch Ripstop nylon material fully padded for extra warmth. This mid-length shape offers practically and an excellent shape featuring a wide array of endearing details. Most notably an inner belt runs around the centre of the coat exposing itself at the back, two asymmetrical chest pockets featuring on the front, a double RiRi zipper close the piece leading up to a high collar with a belted button closure. Finishing off with a ribbed cuff and RiRi zipper detail.
