Mandarina Duck is an Italian manufacturer and sales company for luggage, clothing and accessories launched in 1977 by Paolo Trento and Pietro Mannato. With a huge emphasis on practical and technical materials or design, each item seemed to contain endearing details almost to the point where they could be missed. Now known for their luggage, the clothing has taken a step back but their design still lives on and finds themselves still ahead what we see today.
Constructed out of a technical polyblend giving a brushed, soft to the touch feel, using an Astro style shape and high collar. The jackets most notable feature is the over-stitched, crinkled detail covering the majority of the jacket, leaving the shoulders. Finished off with a hidden zip closure and triple stitch hems.
