Maison Martin Margiela, Fall 2007 G1 Leather Flight Jacket

Margiela is known for producing some of the most interesting, eye-catching and unorthodox garments in modern fashion history, taking regular wardrobe staples and completely flipping their construction to produce something unseen and utterly desirable.

Constructed out of an extremely soft brown leather, using a direct reference to the classic G1 Flight Jacket as the base, we see an array of added details on top. Such as the extended quilted shoulders, cropped body and elbow quilting. A classic staple made using the highest quality.
