Helmut Lang, Vintage Stained Classic Denim Jacket

From the Helmut Lang Jeans line, this denim jacket is crafted from heavyweight denim that has undergone an intense process of staining, washing and distressing to achieve a rather exaggerated vintage appearance, creating the ‘Vintage Stained Denim’. Like all Helmut Lang jeans, the construction on this piece is extremely precise with considerable attention to detail. The jacket features Lang’s signature 'Classic 2 Pocket' design, based on Levi's 557XX jacket from the early 1960s. Like the original, the jacket has a panelled torso construction with two chest pockets, however, sticking to his streamlined and minimalist approach, removing the lower pockets.
