Helmut Lang, A/W 1999 Resin Coated High Neck MA-1 Bomber Jacket

Originally presented in the Spring 1998 collection and inspired by German Air Force (Luftwaffe) bomber jackets, this iteration of Helmut Lang's renowned MA-1 bomber comes in a vintage cotton resin coated fabric with a versatile high collar. Including further details such as the MA-1 pocket detail on the left shoulder, zipped chest pocket, two lower zipped pockets and the underarms feature curvilinear panels with ventilation slits. The interior features quilted lining and two internal chest pockets. The fit is a slightly relaxed boxy fit, with a ribbed waist and cuffs.
