Helmut Lang, 1999 Coated Black Denim Trucker Jacket

This jacket features Lang's 'Classic 2 Pocket' design, based on Levi's 557XX jacket from the early 1960s. Like the original, the jacket has a panelled torso construction with two chest pockets, however, sticking to his streamlined and minimalist approach, removing the lower pockets. This trucker is constructed in Lang’s signature heavyweight denim that has been coated with polyurethane after construction, this results in a waxed appearance with a stiffer, rough feel. These garments just look better with wear as new definitions begin to show from the repeated use. Finally, the hardware has a matte silver finish and is engraved with the Helmut Lang logo.
